DINNER AT TERRA ROSSA

Taking inspiration from the local tradition of sharing and gathering, our Terra Rossa menu presents an array of dishes under a different perspective, maintaining however, it’s genuine signature and flavour. From healthy to indulgent offerings, our focus is on fresh and high quality ingredients, mostly sourced from local producers.

From 19h30 to 21h30, you can enjoy, in the Mother House’s dining room, some of the seasonal delicacies that we prepared for you, which were inspired by our traditional cuisine. This service works with pre-booking and selection until 18h00, subject to availability. You can find the seasonal menu here.

SNACK WITH MATA BICHO

“Mata Bicho” (kill the bug) is an expression used to describe a light meal that is usually taken alone or in fraternization with friends or family. It can also be understood as a snack or small meal between main meals. The “Mata Bicho” menu that we offer aims to be a sharing and an encounter with local flavors that, with the right drink, comfort our stomach and especially the soul.

Service available from thursday to monday between 14h30 to 18h30. Tuesday and wednesday service available from 14h30 to 21h30. This menu can be served in your room, by placing your order at the reception and for an additional fee.

 

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served every day at the Mother House. Between 9h00 and 11h00, follow the aroma of coffee, that spreads through the house and discover the tasty regional products - and others - that we have prepared for you.
